PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO DOWNLOADING THE SPECIFICATION AND USER DOCUMENTATION DESCRIBED BELOW (JOINTLY CALLED THE "Specification"). THE USE OF THE Specification IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FOLLOWING WEB LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE AGREEMENT"). BY FILLING IN YOUR COMPLETE NAME AND/OR FIRM NAME, YOUR AND/OR THE FIRM'S ADRESS, DATE (IN THE BOX FOUND BELOW) AND DOWNLOADING THE Specification YOU ENTER INTO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE WPKI NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU MAY NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE SPECIFICATION.
Licensee, hereby, receives a world-wide, non-exclusive, non transferable, limited, free of charge license, to the SPECIFICATION but only for the purpose of using, developing, having developed, manufacturing, having manufactured and selling functionality compatible with the Specification, including verifying the compatibility with the Specification of such functionality by testing on the Test System made available by the WPKI Non-Profit Organisation under separate Terms and Conditions. Licensee may copy the SPECIFICATION to the extent necessary to conduct a reasonable evaluation. Licensee may not alter, change, modify or adapt the Specification or otherwise use the Specification than permitted in accordance with the license above. After the end of the license period Licensee shall destroy the downloaded Specification and any copies thereof made by Licensee. The License Agreement does not transfer to Licensee any ownership to any intellectual property rights whatsoever. THE WPKI NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER THAT THE USE OF THE Specification WILL BE ERROR-FREE. FURTHER, THE WPKI NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER FOR THE Specification WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WPKI NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE Specification. Licensee shall not assert any intellectual property rights to hinder or encumber the WPKI Non-Profit Organisations, its members and/or any third party's use, development, manufacture, marketing and/or sale of any functionality compatible with the Specification. The parties agree that this Agreement based on these terms and conditions is governed by the laws of Sweden, and in the event of any dispute as a result of this Agreement, the parties submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts.
